Summer Programs

A Fun & Educational Experience!

The Palm Valley School offers a variety of Camp Programs for students in Preschool through Grade 12! These camps are open to Palm Valley students, but also to any interested student in the valley who wants to come join us.

There is something for everyone who wants to learn more, explore a topic, or just have a great time this summer with their friends! Our camps and programs are all open to students and families who currently attend Palm Valley School, but also to anyone in the Coachella Valley looking for a fun and educational experience this summer! Please note there will be no summer camps options on June 19th and July 4th. 

To enroll in our Summer Programs, begin by signing up for our Summer/After-School Platform, Popsicle. After entering your child's details, you'll gain access to registration for the majority of our Summer Camps.

  • Preschool Summer Camps: 

    Palm Valley Preschool is hosting an 9-week Summer Camp. Each week will have a separate ticket/registration. If you have any questions about these 8 weeks, please reach out to our Preschool Director, Jennifer Traub at jtraub@pvs.org. Space is limited this Summer. 

    June 3rd-August 2nd
    Closed: July 4th & June 19th
    Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm
    Snacks and lunch are not provided by PVS.

  • Lower School Summer Camps

    Palm Valley Lower School has many options for students. Grades listed for camps are for the 2023-2024 academic school year. 
    • Lower School Firebird Camp (K-Grade 5)- 8:00 am-4:00 pm on our LS campus for $300 a week. Extended care for other camps are also available. 
    • Lower School Sports Camp (K-Grade 5) runs from June 3rd- August 2nd, 12:30 pm-3:30 pm, $100 a week
    • Summer Theatre Camp (Grades K-5)– Session prices are $360 per camper per session. 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Session #1: July 8th-12th, Session #2: July 15th-19th, Session #3: July 21st-28th. 
    • Arts & Crafts Extravaganza- (Grades 3rd-5th) with Mrs. Gasu- Tuesday, June 3rd-Friday June 7th. 9:00 am-12:00 pm. $310
    • Arts & Crafts Club- (Grades 1-2) with Mrs. Gasu. Tuesday, June 10th-13th. 9:00 am-12:00 pm. $310 
    • Science Experiments/STEM Lab Camp- (Grades 3-5) with Mrs. Gasu. Tuesday June 4th-7th from 12:30 pm-3:00 pm. $310
    • Science/STEM Lab Camp- (Grades 1-2) with Mrs. Gasu. Tuesday June 10th-13th from 12:30 pm-3:00 pm. $310
    • Dance Camp- (Grades 1-5)- June 10th-14th. 8:00 am-11:00 am. $260 


    Camps Available Outside PVS Faculty/Staff
    • Spanish Summer Camp (K-Grade 5)– Week 1 is June 10th-14th, Week 2 is June 17th-21st from 8:30 am-3:00 pm. All registration for Spanish Camp must be made using the following link: http://www.cruzlanguageacademy.com/registration/spanish-summer-camp
    • Camp Invention Week 1: Illuminate (7/15-7/19) 8:00am-2:30 pm Kinder-6th grade. $370. See website for more details.

  • Middle-Upper School Summer Camps


    • Geometry Intensive Summer Course- Open to students who have already completed Algebra 1 (A & B) June 3rd-July 12th. 9:00 am- 1:00 pm. $3,010. 
      The course is equivalent to a full year of upper school Geometry, covering the entirety of the curriculum at an accelerated pace.

    • Strength and Conditioning – Grades 8-12, Session 1: 6/10-6/13 and Session 2: 6/17-6/20. 9:30 am-11:30am, $110 per week. Class is designed to improve the performance of athletes. This is achieved through the combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and other methods.

    • Basketball- Grades 6-12 Boys and Girls, (2 Weeks) Session 1: 7/8-7/11, Session 2: 7/15-7/18 10-12. $110 per week. Class will concentrate on skills leading to game competition. Emphasis on shooting technique, dribbling skills, rebounding, and defense. Designed for students who are planning on playing on school teams in the winter.

    • Volleyball- Grades 6-12 Boys and Girls. Session 1: 7/22-7/25, Session 2: 7/29-8/1, Session 3: 8/5-8/8. 10 am-12 pm, $100 per week. This class is for the MS and Varsity Volleyball teams and will take place as a preseason refresher class leading into the fall seasons to work on individual and team skills.
