Middle School Play: 12 Angry Jurors

Dear Palm Valley Families,

MS Play
This fall, the Palm Valley Middle School Drama class of thirteen 7th and 8th-grade actors has taken on a challenging piece of theater to stage for the community. In the award-winning play by Reginald Rose called 12 ANGRY JURORS, a dozen very different personalities are sequestered to deliberate the fate of a young man accused of murder. In a two-act, 90-minute drama, beliefs clash and emotions rise as four men and eight women argue the guilt or innocence of the accused. Performances are: Friday, November 8, Saturday, November 9 and Friday, November 15 at 7:30 pm. There is a matinee performance on Sunday, November 10, in the afternoon at 2:30 pm. Tickets available online here.

Please note: The Middle School performance of 12 ANGRY JURORS is a gentler version of the original Broadway play 12 ANGRY MEN. However, the revision retains some original language that may be inappropriate for Lower School students.

Thank you.

Ken Sarkis,
MUS Theather Director
