Dear Preschool Families,
This week we started our new monthly theme of INSECTS! This is a fun month for all of our students and teachers. We will be watching caterpillars transform into butterflies and eventually releasing them on our playgrounds. We will also be observing ladybugs starting from eggs to adults. Every year our students look forward to this tradition and enjoy learning about many different insects. Be sure to ask your student what they see each day, we have some fun projects and lessons planned for them!
Grandparents and Special Friends Day is Friday, March 16th. Our Preschool and Pre-K students will be performing along with other students directed by Mr. Gahnz. Please be aware, your child must be in dress uniform this day. Breakfast will be served at 7:30 am and the performance will begin at 8:30 am. We invite you and your guests to return to your student’s classroom for a fun craft after the performance. Classes dismiss at noon. Students must be picked up by noon, if you need child care, you can enroll your child in After-Care for the remainder of the day. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. The Cricket Classroom will not be performing in this event, but we do encourage you to take your youngest students to the performance and participate in our fun classroom craft afterward.
Contracts for the next school year, 2018-2019, have been mailed to you. Please return these as soon as possible. Spaces are filling up for each classroom quickly. We would love to have all of our students and families back this Fall. Please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or Jodi Wiseley (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
