Weekly Notes from the Head of Preschool, 3/20

Dear Preschool Families,

We enjoyed having grandparents and special friends visit the Preschool last Friday. I hope the children enjoyed showing them around the school and their classrooms. Our E-10 students did a fabulous job singing in the morning program. All in all, it was a great day! We also took pictures with our visitors and we are sending those home in our decorated frames as a special keepsake.

On Monday, we arrived at school to find that we had been locked out of our classrooms by some pesky leprechauns. We tried and tried to open our doors but they were locked with magic! Finally, we realized that we needed to say the magic word “shamrock” to unlock the doors. When we opened the classrooms we saw that the leprechauns had made a huge mess playing all weekend. Gold coins, green footprints, and special shamrocks were everywhere! It was a fun day and I hope everyone enjoyed the Preschool's celebration of St. Patrick’s Day!

Re-enrollment contracts are due! Please turn in your contract soon, as some of the classrooms in the Preschool will fill up fast. If you have a special circumstance and/or any particular questions about the contract please feel free to contact me, Mrs. Rice or the business office to discuss.
