David Mulé is a partner in the law firm of FitzGerald & Mulé, LLP, where he practices exclusively in the field of labor and employment law. Mr. Mulé received his undergraduate degrees in English and Philosophy from the University of San Diego. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and practices in both state and federal courts. Mr. Mulé is a frequent speaker before local civic and employer groups on the topic of labor and employment law. He currently provides monthly and annual employment law presentations to the local chapter of the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA). In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees for the Palm Valley School, Mr. Mulé is on the board of Desert Best Friend’s Closet and is a Past-President for the Desert Bar Association. He acts as a volunteer mediator for the Riverside County Superior Court ADR program and has been a member of the Warren Slaughter-Richard Roemer American Inn of Court.
