Dear Middle School Families,
Today the entire middle school is on a field trip to watch the production of The Bully Plays, performed at the CV Rep Theatre in Cathedral City. This is a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be out of the classroom and yet still engaged in learning. Thank you to those parents making it possible for us to attend this production. We are most appreciative!
As you consider sending your student on one of our Outdoor Education trips, please keep in mind the value of learning about the environment. By being outdoors, students gain an appreciation, knowledge, and sense of wonder needed for them to become invested in being stewards of the earth. Lessons learned outside the classroom often spark the imagination needed to create and invent. These are characteristics I have always believed to be pillars of a solid American education.
