Dear Middle School Families,
Happy Spring! The weather has changed and there seems to be an interesting phenomenon happening - illness is on the rise. Many of us here in the Middle School have either caught and battled this virus that came to visit, or we are about to catch it. Compounding that, we are also feeling the effects of our rainy winter with the super bloom. For those with allergies, this is becoming a challenging season. Please remind your student to drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. After my bout with an illness last week, my care provider stressed the importance of flushing out the toxins our immune systems seem to be up against. Remember we have an EZ H2O water-filling station in the middle school, making it easy and eco-friendly for our students to stay hydrated all day.
