As many of you know, we have some exciting events planned this year that not only gather us together for some fun and help build our community, but that raise necessary monies for our school that supports our students, faculty, and programming that tuition does not cover. Last year, in addition to our amazing annual Gala event, we added two new fun, engaging, event fundraisers that were well attended - our Wine Tasting event and our Fashion Week night.
This year, we are working hard to ensure that we have another year of great programming for you that will help us to meet our fundraising goals and support the endeavors of our great school, pushing us above and beyond our goals and thresholds each year to achieve excellence and encourage student success. As such, I'd like to tell you about those events so that you can put them on your calendar and make you an offer for tickets to all three events that will ensure we have a high turnout and that you won't miss the opportunity to attend and participate!
"Sips for Success" (our 2nd annual Wine Night event), will be held this year on Friday, November 10th from 6-8 pm at the Tamarisk Country Club. A small silent auction, live entertainment, fabulous appetizers, and delicious wines to taste will be on hand. Tickets to this event are $65 and include valet parking.
"Casino Royale" (our Annual Gala Fundraiser event), will be held on Saturday, February 10th at the Tamarisk Country Club. An evening of casino style gambling, a champagne toast, sit down dinner with wine, and a live auction will entertain and engage adults for a night out on the town! A new feature this year, we will be hosting an "after party" martini lounge for those of you who love James Bond enough to know that "shaken, not stirred" is the way to go. Early bird individual tickets for the Gala this year are $150 ($200 after December 22) and the After Party is an additional $35/person and includes more DJ time, dancing, a dessert bar, and of course, signature martinis.
"PVS on El Paseo" (our Fashion Night VIP event), will be held on Friday, March 23rd on El Paseo in Palm Desert. This is one of the largest events in the whole valley, and you don't want to miss it. The runway that evening features the always sold out Saks Fifth Avenue fashions, and your PVS VIP experience includes drinks, appetizers, a photo booth, special swag bags, and more in a special area just for our Palm Valley VIPs. Tickets to this event are $120/person.
As we look at each of these fantastic events, we are pleased to be offering a PVS Events Pass price for all three of these events for a limited time. We are only selling PVS Events Passes until Friday, November 10th at noon. The cost will include admission to our Wine event, the Gala (including the after party), and Fashion Night for one ticket price of $300. You can buy both individual tickets to these events OR the PVS Events Pass for 17-18 at our Eventbrite page and event listings OR you can purchase by calling us at (760) 328-0861 or by dropping off a check. You will still get to choose your seats for Fashion Night and can upgrade to a table for the Gala later if you want! As a reminder, these events are open to our PVS families, past and present, but also to the public, so grab a friend or neighbor and help us raise money for a great cause!
