Join our Palm Valley Alumni Council and members of our current Senior class for a special Stargazing Party at the Rancho Mirage Observatory!
Pick up the summer alumni newsletter issue, mingle, and enjoy a unique celestial experience. The tour will start at 8:30 pm led by an astronomer. The main telescope inside the 360-degree observatory dome provides a magnified view of the skies up to 50 million light years away. The four telescopes on the deck give viewers around 100 times magnification of planetary nebula, clusters of stars, and other planets.
